Sentiments of a ManU fan

Hargreaves on scoring the vital winner against Arsenal on 13 Apr 08.
Last nite’s thriller between ManU and Arsenal was emotional roller coaster for me…
When Arsenal took the lead, i was begining to think that the title was beyond ManU’s reach. When TV replays shows that Adebayor had scored with the “hand of god”, using his arms to push the ball into goal, i was fuming.
When Ronaldo scored the penalty, i jumped. But when the referee ordered it to be retaken, i slumped back into my seat. But then Ronaldo scored again! I jumped.
But almost instantly, i sulked again cos a draw ain’t going to do ManU no good.
When Hargreaves scored the winner from a free-kick, i brought the house down with my vocal cords.
But in the last 10 mins Arsenal tormented the ManU goal in search of the equaliser. My fingers were crossed, my hands were trembling.
After the final whistle, my hands were still trembling.. and continued to tremble for an hour at least after the game had ended…
It’s not easy being a ManU fan.
ManU fans despondent
damn, ManU dropped points again in the EPL last nite…
they drew Middlesborough 2-2.
Main reason as i see it is the loss of Vidic to injury, and Ferdinand was injured for later part of the game.
Absence of these 2 key defenders will see ManU surrendering the title to Chelsea.
Chelsea biting at ManU
As a ManU fan, … i was delighted when the red devils whacked Liverpool 3-0 last Sunday.
but i am getting nervour seeing Chelsea going on their winning streak, brushing aside Arsenal 2-1 just hours after ManU’s victory.
so do u think Chelsea can catch ManU?..
As a ManU fan, i hope not. But as a logical thinker, in think they can…
ManU usually make a boo boo of simple games. Just a look at their record will tell u smthg…. they lost to West Ham (twice) and Bolton, and nearly lost to Derby. — all bottom of the table teams.
But what amazes me is how Arsenal has given up the ghost so soon. It’s like Samson getting a hair cut. Suddenly, it’s all over for them. Strange…
ManU or Arsenal?…
place ur bets, guys.. ManU or Arsenal for the league title?
altho i support ManU, i am sad to say, i think Arsenal will win the league title… they are 3 points ahead.
ManU loves to drop points unexpectedly, and they are likely to do it again, real soon, whereas Arsenal are the consistent team.
good news for Arsenal fans - the draw at Birmingham was just a blip, dun read too much into it. Arsenal usually bounce back in style after a set back.
Futsal 5 Tournament
I prefer watching a futsal tournament as compared to a normal field soccer match..haha duno la maybe bcz i’m girl…I’m supporting Brazil & Argentina..kinda weird bcz the straits times doesnt have any sports update about the matches going on in KL..so need to check online ..since i dun get to watch the matches cz they end by the time i come back hme frm sch..
ManU vs Arsenal
ManU has drawn to meet Arsenal in the FA Cup 5th round…
damn. of all the many teams from lower divisions, why did they have to meet Arsenal? damn sway…
ManU have been meeting EPL premier league teams all along the FA Cup qualifying rounds… while other teams like Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool get to meet championship sides, or lower division sides. Damn sway.
Chelsea and Liverpool have easy meat… damn.
Arsenal LOst to Spurs
Totally dissapointing. 5 - 1 end result. I think its because Spurs got off to the perfect start when Jermaine Jenas angled in a shot to put them 2-1 ahead on aggregate. Nvm i hope they would win the nxt match…
football match
There was a football match Yesterday,It was with TP and NTU.DOes any one know what happen to it,who won the match, becos i couldn’t watch the match. If any one kw please tell me.
Titans…
whoa… i missed the arsenal match, i felt a sleep=/ but
yesterday manU was pretty exciting… though they end up with just a 1-0 win. liverpool tight defense in the second half was just exciting enough to stick the eyeballs on the television screen…
now still arsenal has their stand on the top of the table with just one tight point away from manU is gonna be pretty tense over there…. hee….
well hols starting with today being the first! = )
England
Okay finally england is going to have a world class manager, i seriously dun understand why did the england football association appoint steve mcClaren in the first place and not fabio capello. Capello is a proven manager with lots of big match experience while i think steve mcClaren won nothing during his club stint at Boro. At least I’m not going to see england drawing with macedonia again.
