 Sylvester Stallone says he used human growth hormone to get buff for the new “Rambo” movie, and defends its use.”HGH (human growth hormone) is nothing,” the 61-year-old actor tells Time magazine in its Feb. 4 issue. “Anyone who calls it a steroid is grossly misinformed.”

Because it is nearly undetectable, HGH has become a substance of great concern in major league baseball and other sports battling allegations of rampant doping.

“Testosterone to me is so important for a sense of well-being when you get older,” he says. “Everyone over 40 years old would be wise to investigate it because it increases the quality of your life. Mark my words. In 10 years it will be over the counter.”

Stallone directed and co-wrote the new “Rambo” movie, which arrived in theaters Friday.

couple weeks ago i think, when i was searching for finance article.
I saw an article about high school musical ashley tisdale getting a nose job.
hmms, some prefer her previous her nose, while some find it better.
personally i feel it look almost the same, not much difference.

i personally don against ppl doing plastic surgeon as i think if going through plastic surgeon will make the person feel comfortable and more confident i think is alright((: just like the korean movie 200 pounds. Plastic surgeon make her more confident((.

heard recently abt ashley tisdale’s nose job? aparently she went under a knife to fix something that was wrg with her breathing but because of that she is losing her fans!!

some of her fans are outraged that she went under the knife because they claimed that her original nose made her look unique and different from other artists. 

to me i think it’s okay for her to go under the knife since it’s for health reasons… however i do feel strongly against plastic surgery even though more and more people are going under the knife nowadays to make themselves feel more beautiful.  

I am sure some of you may know this car. This is AE 86 driven by Jay Chow in the movie Initial D. He uses this car to deliver toufu for his father so the toufu shop name is stated at the side of the car.

I saw it in Johor Bahru, Malaysia but the driver was not Jay Chow, LOL…. I heard from my friend that there are 5 such cars in Singapore but I haven’t got a chance to see them. They must have watched the movie and attracted by Jay Chow’s drift skill and decided to get one for themselves. However, I wonder where they get the car from because AE 86 is quite an old model and I don’t think there is still production going on for this model.

i can’t believe that Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant!! i thought at first that they were just some stupid gossips that mags always never seem to run out of but i cant believe that the gossip was actually true.

she’s still so young and she’s already pregnant…she has so much ahead of her and her pregnancy will affect her future for sure!!

she’s is a nickelodean spokesperson and i think she’s not setting a very good example for other teenagers out there by getting pregnant at such a young age. i mean what will her fans think? what would the ppl who look up to her think of her now? 

i do understand that mistakes to happen but i think some mistakes can be prevented and this is one of them.

Hmm wonder if any of u had heard the news of Britney’s younger sis got pregnant at just 16yrs old?!?!?! and shes not gonna abort it..i think if it happens in us, e asia region, our parents will be angry like mad..thinking of ways not to lose their faces in front of their friends and realatives and all….

hmm is this due to difference of cultures or what?! =X

previously i made a post on geraldine a renfred from campus superstar at tp filming for some tv show…n its aired on channel 8 2DAE! haha…its the chinses entreprenuer show “please come again” aka chuang ye wu di shou. they are selling goreng pisang aka fried banannas with the help of BZE students…haha….they even went into lectures to promote thier goreng pisang and made some business there. It showed quite alot of parts of engine school such as the lvl 3 corridor where most ppl lyk to study and also short circuit. The carona auntie even went down to support them and won herself a set of home theatre system…so if u all want to watch it…i think have to wait till some1 post it or youtube or something cos i dun think there will be any re-telecast of this episode. however nxt week theres still a second round of selling if im nt wrong so u all can go catch it on channel 8, tuesday 8pm ^^

from the title u can see ya is update for SEA games. singapore have been doing well sia… now still at ranking number 3 with the champion thailand. singapore has 32 gold, 26 sliver and 22 bronze. consider a super good results as this year singapore is sending its youngest team to the SEA games. sometimes i wonder, if the sports sch is build earlier does it mean that we will have beta results?

anyway just last week, while on the way to the sch bookshop i saw a whole grp of production team den i was thinking wat are they doing there sia. den i realise is campus yummy. they have finish fliming campus yummy from MENSA most prob the western food and they are walking to the carpark(i think), they were toking on the way and say that the food at mensa reali LOOK NICE and they are on the way out of sch to for more good food near TP. hahaha. i was like look nice? they shld reali try it cos i think in tp they two best canteen will be MENSA and DESIGN. wat do u all think?

So ppl have u heard about e Will Smith news???? Hollywood star Will Smith had the producer of his latest film holding his head in anguish on Tuesday after the actor gave away the ending of “I Am Legend.”

He was just tired and wasn’t thinking. No biggie. We’ve all been there. I will watch any movie that he makes. He’s a great actor!

 I could care less if he gave out the ending. It looks like a GREAT movie and i’m really looking forward to seeing it next week, even if I found out the ending.. I would still go and see it. Will is a pretty cool and down to earth guy, he’s one of the few actors in HW that hasn’t let fame and celeb. status go to his head.
