As far as i know, this is the only Aerospace training programme offered by any polytechnic in Singapore, which come with these 4 features:
a) Direct credits given leading to the professional Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) certification. Hence, students can get their AML much sooner.
b) The first Poly (and as far as i know, the only one) which is offering aerospace curriculum training approved by Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) under the new SAR-66 standard
c) Temasek Poly is home to Singapore’s newest Aerospace Training Centre — ie the dedicated Lufthansa Training Centre (LTT) is in Temasek Poly campus.
d) Expert instructors from Lufthansa provide the training at the LTT aerospace training centre.
The LTT Aerospace Training Centre at Temasek Polytechnic was officially opened on 27 March 2008.
This Centre is a joint venture between Temasek Poly and Lufthansa Technical Training (Germany) and Aerospace students in TP will have privileged access to equipment and instructors from Lufthansa Germany.

Mr Ko Kheng Hwa, Managing Director, Singapore Economic Development Board, and Mr Folkmar Stoecker, Ambassador, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, were the guests of honour at the opening ceremony of the LTT Aerospace Training Centre.

Well yay finally the holidays are here i was looking forward to it the moment school begun aft term break, but now looks like i really need to sort out a lot of things before sch opens on monday…
my edev mini project..it’s idiotic la semestral exams r arnd the corner still gt this kinda things to settle..haiz..luckily i’m done with it..cz i decided to do it @ hme instead now i’m left with testing it out…i really hope they will consider opening more free access labs esp when this kinda projects r going to be due..
my comp prog proj, i seriously dun knw y our class damn sueh one la..if we had another tutor we wld have ended in our project atleast last week and get over n done with it..but our tutor juz needs to make all our lives miserable by making us modify this & that..worst still he wants us to redo our flowcharts which defeats the whole purpose of us doing our flowchart in the first time round..if onli he knew hw much effort we had put in jus to generate the flowchart..oh yes n nt to forget when we hand in our prog ther’s this gurelling 10 mins interview seesion whereby he asks u realli chim qns..y muz these kinda things happen 2 us onli..other classes can hand in if their programs work according to wht the qn papers wants n they dun need to hand in a flowchart again…
Yay my CDS common test is finally over…yay no more psychology..i’m done with all my quizzes, peer appraisal, my presentation…yay nw i can sit dwn n shake leg..onli for psychology la..
As for the common test…er..i got mixed feelings about it…50% positive and 50% negative..as long as i get a good overall grade i’ll be happy..in fact more than happy to change the common perception ppl haf tht eng students dun realli fair well in psychology..Gd luck to evry1 on their results
finally…my asp.net is finally coming to an end~ oh my god~~ finally finishing man..this few days so tired~ stay in sch til late…like until lab close.. till 10 pm…then take bus go home..reach home ard 11 liaoz… so tired… heng tml no sch..then hopfully can slp longer~

tis proj requires us to collect data, eg number of pple to certain place, time in, time out, hw long tey took etc.
den aft tt..we hav to create a model using certain prog. actually it is quite interesting, bt afraid tt nt enuf time to finish cox of CNY!

Hmm. Today’s presentation was still alright.
The teacher said I was too hesitant.
Maybe I did not prepare well enough.
But the more I prepare, the more nervous I’ll be.
Lack of confidence? Maybe.
Guess presentation is one of my weakness.
My skit was something about buffet.
So I woke up 1 hr earlier just to prepare toast tuna bread.
Around 12 pieces.
Surprised that my classmates finished them.
Maybe they were too hungry. Haha.

I had ma CDS presentation today…My grp members and i wah damn last min la..our presentation at 4pm but at 345 we were still editing our slides and editing our video…so much for procratinating…but i’m relieved tht it’s over la atleast i get over n done with it..but it’s kinda of not fair 4 those whu presented earlier bcz they have 2 more weeks to rehearse and stuff…
