As usual I went to Up your Service Course at Blk 22 level 6 classroom this morning near 9am, to sign my attendance Session 3 and later in the afternoon for Session 4 
This time,our course leader changed to Ms Charmaine Oei, a change to take over Session 3 and 4 The Big Picture and Uplifting Service Champions ,for The big Picture we learn 4 main points- Primary Product,Delivery Service,Service Mindset and Ongoing Relationship, one of the scanerio is the bookstore,for us we choose Popular, as usual there were other 2 groups choosing same as us, I presented some of the points for our group,later there is a debate after the break about a hour 
Then Ms Charmaine Oei make it interesting-by conducting more like a game to see which group has the most points and the winner of the group will have the prize. The prize is Glico Collon Biscuit Cream Roll,as usual who stand up will win their group at least 10points,in the end our group won as I stand up and help our group to win points,haha So far the only prize given out for our 2 days of attending this course
Later she explain more details on 5 types of Services-Inspiration,Motivation,Education,Production and Direction as well some of the stuffs that I have learnt through Organisational Communication this Semester,sure it’s useful and more like a refresher course, The Moment that we are waiting for- The Certificate, with our own respective names who have attended 4 Sessions
I have enjoyed 2 days of full day session,now it’s back to Holiday time, another 34 days of holiday before My Major Proj Semester with my 2 groupmates, looking forward to work and see with them too

This morning and afternoon session,it’s the Course leader Mr Eu Kee Hoe conduct Up your Service Course, on most of the portion we have to present our portion after a group discussion,as I can see most of the students are mostly from Year2 students , 2morow session will be Ms Charmaine Oei taking over as course leader, and 2morow will be the 2nd and last Day for Up your service Course
As usual it start about 9.15am and end around 4.30pm as break time is around 12.20pm till around 1.30pm for 2day session,just a update for 2day so far
Mostly what I have learn is 6 levels of Service-Unbelievable,Surprising,Desired,Expected,Basic,Criminal and later on the perception point with using 5 senses as well for example for our group we use SuperMarket,mostly with video play which lead to exercise and then presentation So far so good,and feedback comment I have written and handed up to the Course leader

I’m happy that my student portal can load this morning,sure as yesterday afternoon there were many students accessing the site,managed to print out my result slip but when I click to another semester,the printer log me out,it’s ok as it’s confirmed it’s correct according to the info from my sms Yesterday morning and night sure on TP4me chatboard,I have chatted with some of them as usual with my Blogbuddy Daz and others as well like Xiaoan,nas,someone too, happy that they did well in their exam too and have a Happy Holiday till October 18

This is roughly for my Course Electronics subjects that I have taken as it’s already finalised-I’m in Networking option, and minimum for most of U will have to take 3 CDS subject, for me I have to take one more CDS subject as I’m from Year2.1 straight,sure time flies, and I have completed and clear all my subjects for Year2.1 and 2.2 Usually CDS subject for next Semester will be released on 15th October with the new timetable
This coming Monday and Tuesday ,I will be going to TP for my Up your Service course from 9am till 5pm,as I have paid $20 for the course,and TP have paid $21 after subsidised,maybe Looking forward to it too

As I was about to accompany with my father to Sim Lim Square near 12pm,wearing my Tee shirt ,short pants with my Green army Sandals,there is a Sms on my phone,oh I see,finally it’s a sms from Temasek Poly
I read what TP has send to me,there are 6 Grades for my Electronics Course,I have 3 C,2 C+ and a B Grade for this Semester,As expected,as my coursework I don’t think I have about 40 out of 60% Really have tried my best ,what to do, Life have to go on for me,haha At least no Supp paper to sit,that’s the best,otherwise it will be troublesome for me and my 2 weeks of holidays might become Study week,I don’t want this to happen I still could not log in to my student portal saying that the result for this Semester is not yet out even though I have receive the sms for the 1st time for this 2 Semesters It’s ok I will do a check later on
Next Semester is My Final Year Proj with my 2 Indian groupmate,Sreejith and chantukanan, happy to work with them when the time comes on 19th October Monday at 8.30am till 5.30pm for every Monday and Friday,I believe I will know which proj title I will be doing with my 2 Groupmates
According to my Result for this semester,my Organisational Communication is B Grade, 3 subjects C Grade are Networking infrastructure,Advanced Electronics and Power Electronics and Drive, C+ Grade is Introduction to Marketing and Circuit and Control Systems so far,just a update to my friends how i fare for this Semester There’s nothing to hide and nothing to lose anyway about my info,haha
Before results are released like instance for 2day,this few days I’m happy to add my Yoville and SPP friends on facebook,quite actively playing on Pet Society,SPP,Yoville too while waiting for results,did not prepare any notes or study for SUpp paper just in case as usual
