This evening, when I was taking bus 25 home from amk, the bus was crowded and beside me, are two senior citizens standing.. no one offer them seats.. suddenly, when the bus ready to drive off, one of them nearly fall down as he nv hold the railing.. well.. smth i dunno.. why sometimes Singaporeans wun show some consideration by offering the old ppl seats when they are in need??  why?? this issue puzzles me..

well, life outside working as a data entry has been a tiring and dreadful one.

woke up early in the morning to get myself prepared. do the same old thing everyday can be really tiring. when i was doing data keying, my mind was totally blank. just keyed what was written on the forms. My data entry work includes doing reports and data scrubbing. oh well, shit job but well paid. haha!

i think i m really going to die….tml my teacher’s going test us on some stuff he gt us to study on….n i noe NUTS abt it even at this very moment —- _ —-||| its like the third week into the hols??? n i feel like i had done nth lolz….everydae seem to just go by like anyother dae….haiz……SO BORING!!!!

i meet up a friend of mine few days ago, and we did some catching up. then she mentioned that she felt that she is so blessed after knowing that her boyfriend quit smoking for the sake of her.

what i wanna know is that do girls/guys only kick this bad habit only for someone else’s sake?

i know quitting is tough, but not able to quit is more tough. let’s think about the harm that this addictive drug has caused to your body. reports has shown that tobacco-related diseases are some of the biggest killers in the world today. in the United States some 500,000 deaths per year are attributed to smoking and a recent study estimated that as much as 1/3 of China’s male population will suffer shortened life-spans due to smoking. not only the people who smoke suffer, their loved ones suffer as well.

okay, let me share something personal. my grandpapa smoke for years and he was found with last stage of lung cancer at the age of 75. it hurts so much with you see someone closed to you waiting for death on the bed and you can’t do anything about it. he left us after enduring with the pain for almost 2 years. i bet no one want to experience something that i did.

oh ya, if you notice and look around you, more and more younger kids nowadays tend to smoke. is it really so cool to smoke? smoking causes bad breathe, you know!

another important thing is that there are effects of smoking on sperm cells. there is increasing evidence that the harmful products of tobacco smoking kill sperm cells. meaning smoking decrease the possibility for guys to become a father in the future and for the girls, smoking increase spontaneous abortion. a number of studies have shown that tobacco use is a significant factor in spontaneous abortions among pregnant smokers, and that it contributes to a number of other threats to the health of the fetus. second-hand smoke appears to present an equal danger to the fetus, as one study noted that “heavy paternal smoking increased the risk of early pregnancy loss.” 

for the sake of your health, start your quit smoking plan NOW! don’t wait. many of my friends did it, so can you!   (:

Haiz tomolo i will need to go back to school to start on my major project if i’m not wrong, just after receiving my results 4 days before. Only 1 word to describe my feelings —- SIANZ. Anyway, my grades dropped(expected) altho the drop was not too much but i’m not happy about it. Oh well, life moves on after all. So i’m half-excited and half-reluctant to end my holidays prematurely and go back to school. *cross finger* I get a good project supervisor. Sayonara to my holidays

morning..nw is 7.30 am and i just reach home…oh my gosh..i am so dead tired la..haas..but gt to check mail and stuf..so come blog blog for while..aniway..it was a super long day for me la..i mean sat =)..well let me recap~

sat
-wake up at 8am
-leave hse 9am to go work (so ke lian sat also gt work)
-reach office at 10am
-work til 2pm rush home to bath and stuff
-meet xh,serene,apple,qt,josh,john and joe at chcat 5
-joe and john have singing competion at chc (SO YOU THINK YOU CAN SING)
-was at chc til 8 plus
-result out and joe gt 1st and john gt 3rd!!! Yeahh!!!!
-went bugis to have steam boat at 9pm
-ate until 11pm
-slack at mac til 1 plus am
-walk to cine to catch movie
-gt the tics for 4.30am show (now i pronounce you chuck and larry),super funny show
-play pool and talk rubbish session tilshow start
-reach home nw..haas

haas..i am so dead tired nw..so ciaoz!!! haas.. =O)

ohMYgod! did you guys watch today’s match between chelsea and blackburn!?

they are on DRAW!

and some poor defender (i forgot the name), got KICKED in the HEAD by Shevchenko! RIGHT IN THE HEAD!

and the defender, after struggling for a while, fainted, and it took 8 minutes before the game carries on!

ohMY, its really very painful when I saw the replay.

The ball is head out by the defender and Shevchenko thought the ball is still around there and kicks it…. and it’s the defender’s head.

9. There are quite a few high-tech barbaric singaporeans -they know how to use state-of-the art equipment, 3g mobile phone and powerful computers but
they dunno how to use a simple dustbin or a toilet

10. Half Sporeans rushed to buy Hello kitty, but the other half busy killing stray cats

11. Chewing Gum - Can Chew, Cannot buy?? (Restricted to buying)

12. Cigarettes - Convenient to buy; not convenient to smoke

13. Private Cars - Cheaper and Cheaper to buy, harder and harder to Maintain

14. Public Bus - Half the Crowd squeeze in front section of the Bus, Second section is for Carrying Ghost

15. Education - Teachers teaching Less but expects students to learn More
