Recently, China (including China nationals, and all things associated with China) has been getting a lot of stick from everyone.
Dear Singaporeans, can u all please do not be so biased against China and China nationals?
ok, maybe becos you feel that these china people are taking away your jobs, and education places, but that doesn’t mean you mud sling them..
i’m sick of seeing and reading about anit-china sentiments…
Singaporeans blame the China nationals for prostitution, we blame them for destroying our social fabric, we blame the China girls for snatching our husbands, we even blame them for dirtying our environment. We blame study mamas from China for coming here to create social problems.
and now we even blame them for producing tainted food, poisonous toys, toxic toothpaste…etc.
You know, it is so easy to point an accusing finger at someone…
Singaporeans, why don’t you just stop and look at yourself.
You think you are so perfect? We beat up bus captains. We litter the place. We are downright kiasu. We shove our way in when there are free gifts, even if it means bashing up an old lady to get free shoes at the nieghbourhood store. We watch an elderly auntie bleeding from the head after alighting from the bus and do nothing…. Don’t feel so perfect, Singaporeans !!
I think China people are lovely people. They just want to make a living and have a good life, …. just like u and me. Those China girls would not have come here to work as prostitues if they are not in dire need of money. Study mamas just want a good life and education for their children. Why can’t Singaporeans undertand that?
So stop absuing China and china nationals, please.
This national day, sit down and think…
What is the use of being economically prosperous when we can’t accept your fellow human beings from China?
