well, … this is a small matter… but i guess there’s no harm getting some 3rd opinions on this…
my boyfren and i have been together for about 6mths+… and we are happy. He’s 27, and working already. Recently i discvoered that he smokes. that means all the while he has been hiding it from me! i only discoved it form a mutual friend who told me… I’m very upset about it, that he’s been lying to me all the while.!!!!!!!!
but he still doesn’t know that i know that he smokes. – should i confront him?
I don’t like guys who smoke, i guess that’s why he hides it from me. but if i confront him, i’m afraid a quarrel may break out, and things get worse.
or should i just pretend that i don’t know that he smokes, and live with it?
or should I maybe surprise him for his next bday by getting him a pack of Nicorette anti-smoking gums? will he appreciate it?
i luv him, but i’m confused…

Ever walk past the not so new lan shop beside TP bookshop??
Its very crowded la… TP have so many gamers, y like have no such thing called a gaming club or smth?? TP got so many com labs, y dun ppl considering starting a gaming club?? Or is there such a club already in operation??
Heard that SP got a gaming club lor, is TP lagging or wad o.0
I personally think having such a club is a good idea, we can get talents to form teams and join gaming competitions, maybe even inter-poly or even inter schools competitions lor… With a huge talent pool, maybe its even possible to enter the wcg and win??

Some of u bloggers have been clamouring for pics of babes and hunks in TP.
Actually, there are so many.
I think all of you know that Miss Singapore Universe 2006, Carol Cheong, was formerly from Temasek Poly.
OK, ok, she was from School of Design.
What about Engineering babes? Ok, Read on……..
I bet not many of you know that in 2002, Miss Joann Ng (Diploma in Microelectronics) was a Miss Singapore Universe 2002 finalist. She didn’t win, but she took away some award. Her figure was 32-25-36. Can’t beat Ann Poh, but she really took the judges breath away. that time. Standing at 1.72m, she was a Cleopatra walking around Temasek Engineering School, making heads turn as she made her way from LT to tutorials each day.
Then in 2004, Miss Karen Ngan, (from the Diploma in Electronics), was a semi-finalist in the New Paper New Face contest. She was also featured skimpily on the cover of “Dare” magazine. Apparently, a few guys commented that it made their knees go soft.
Then in 2004, Miss Patricia Chan, (Diploma in Telecommunications) entered the finals of the “School Belle and Beau” contest, aired on Channel U in Nov 04. She was shortlisted to the last 2 female contestants and represented Temasek Poly in the finals. Although she didn’t win eventually, she soon became an icon for Temasek Engineering School, and appeared in many magazines and posters. She was known as the ”校 华“ of Temasek Poly.
Then most recently, in 2005, Miss Gwen Tang, (Diploma in Business Process & Systems Engr) made headlines when she entered the finals of the New Paper New Face contest as well. Guys, for your info, Gwen is still currently studying in TP rite now, so if you want her autograph, or maybe just to see her in person … you can still catch her around. (Just remember to check your nose for bleeding after that!)

i’ve seen many kinds of lecturers in these two years of poly life.
i’ve met someone funny, friendly, approachable, cute, and responsible ones.
however, i’ve met one lecturer which is different from the above mentioned.
the way she replies during a meeting is quite childish. eye-opener for many of us.
everyone was shock by the way she talk/reply.
have anyone come across such lecturers? lol.
